EZ change photo frame allow you to change the photo as and when you like. The photos are not coated permanently to the pendant, you just need to slide your photo in between the clear plastic covers and its done. Each pendant can hold 2 photos.

2. Please note that
   a. all prices are quoted in SGD dollars.
   b. Normal delivery postage charges hold (we will not be responsible for items lost/damage during postage).

Photo guideline

Photo Instructions:

Email your digital photo(s) in .jpg format to us together with your order. We will crop photos to highlight the subject(s) in the photo. We crop photos of people and pets to show mostly the head area. We may be able to show full body on a mega charm. If you would like full body of a person or pet on the larger mega charm, please specify in special instruction. Please do not crop or resize your photo; we will crop it to the necessary shape for the Italian charms you order.

Photos Tips 
Choose your photos well. Bear in mind that the charms range from 9mm to 18mm. That is small. Do not try to fit too much on the smaller charms. Remember that the best picture is one that is CLEAR & CLOSE-UP.
Please send your photo in jpg format.

9mm Links
- These links are best for close up or head shots.
- It is not recommended that more than two subjects are in the photo.
- These charms are more rectangular than square so keep that in mind when choosing photos for your charms.

18mm Mega Links and Uno Mega Links
- These are great for pictures with a lot of people or photos with a lot of detail (i.e. buildings, logos, etc.),or if you would just like a larger charm. It is also perfect in showing the scrapbook artwork
- These charms are almost square but a little longer than wide.

Super Links
- These are great for group photos or full body shots of one to two people. They are also great for landscapes and long lines of text.
- These are as wide as the 9mm links but twice as long.

1. Family album bracelet - Include photos of each family members (2-tier, 3-tier or even 4-tier generation), including some candid phtotos too. Then add on superlink/mega charm of group family photo.
2. Baby bracelet - See the development of your baby with photos of each month. Add on superlink/mega charm for his first birthday celebration. Also include Zodiac or birthtones charm in the collection of his first year's journey.
3. Pet's bracelet - Include your favourites photos of your pets.
4. Holiday bracelet - Make a charm on each of the country you have visited. We are able to add simple text to the charm to indicate the country and date of visit to each charms.

What is Italian Charm Bracelet?

An Italian Charm bracelet is a series of individual modular stainless steel links that hooked together. Each link features an Italian charm face (design or image) soldered onto the actual Italian charm link. The average bracelet contains 18 links, but can be easily added or removed to create a custom, very personal bracelet.

Different type of Italian Charms
9mm charm = Standard Italian Charm.
Superlink charm = Same length as a 9mm charm but twice its width.
Megalink charm = Twice the length and width of 9mm charm. It can link up to two standard 9mm charm and connect two 9mm charm bracelet.
Uno Megalink charm = Twice the length and width of 9mm charm. It can only link up to one standard 9mm charm.

The standard sizing for 9mm Italian Charm Bracelet

Toddler : 13 links = 5" in length
Child : 14 links = 5 1/2" in length
Youth : 15 links = 5 3/4" in length
Petite (small build woman) : 16 links = 6 1/4" in length
Small : 17 links = 6 1/2" in length
Medium : 18 links = 7" in length
Large : 19 links = 7 1/2" in length
Extra Large : 20 links = 7 3/4" in length
Long : 21 links = 8" in length
Note that:
Superlinks will account for two 9mm links
For a Mega Link bracelet, it wiil be half the number of links above.

How to connect Italian Charms?
Italian charm links are designed with a hook on one side and a hole on the other. They also utilize spring loaded clasping mechanisms so that the links can be interchanged easily.

To attach links, simply use your thumb to push the front side of the desired link to the left. This should open the clasp and expose the hook. From there, hook the two links together and let them lock back automatically.

An Italian Charm Tool is also available to make connecting easier. It is designed to aid you in opening and connecting your charms

How does a charm tool work?
Charm tools make it easier to hold a charm open while you slide the bar over the clasp. You place the bar of the tool between two charms on the top of the bracelet and twist a quarter turn. That will slide the top of the charm open. Then you hold the tool in place, turn over the bracelet and add or remove your charm by holding it at a 45 degree angle and sliding the bar over the hook or clasp.

How to care and clean the Italian Charm bracelet?
Italian charms are made of the stainless steel and is very durable. You may wear your bracelet everyday and never worry about it tarnishing or rusting. However, as with any piece of fine jewelry, it is best to remove your bacelet while showing or swimming and to keep it away from harsh chemicals such as chlorine and household cleaning products. Also perspiration can affect your bracelet, so you might want to clean your bracelet after playing sports or exercising. We would also advise against spraying perfume onto the bracelet, as this can affect the charms as well.Store your charm bracelet in a jewelry box or pouch to keep it from getting dusty and being scratch. To prevent tarnish build up, clean your silver pieces with a polish or soft cloth specifically made for sterling.
