How to Order

1. Please submit your order via email to jollyjournal@gmail.com with the following information:
   - Name
   - Contact Number:
   - Mailing address
   - Email
   - Preferred type of postage (normal/registered)
   - Orders:
     a. Product Code,
     b. Quantity,
     c. Photo file name
     d. Photo Direction (Refer to Photo guideline, http://jolly-journal.blogspot.com/2010/02/sending-photo-instruction.html)
     e Remarks/Special Instruction.
     f. Photo in .jpg format.
2. Please note that
   a. all prices are quoted in SGD dollars.
   b. Normal delivery postage charges hold (we will not be responsible for items lost/damage during postage).
   Alternatively, please request for registered mailing @SGD3.00.
3. We will reply you within 2 working days, with a confirmation email indicating your orders details, availability and pricing.
4. Once you receive the confirmation email, please proceed with the payment via Internet/ATM Bank Transfer to the following account:
   POSB Saving Account: 094-18756-7
   UOB Current Account: 972-342-146-9
   Please note that funds transfer from other banks will take 3 days to process.
5. Please inform us via email after the transfer in the following format:
   - Invoice Number,
   - Date of transfer,
   - Amount transfer,
   - Transferred from which bank to which bank.
6. Once we received the email and verify, we will then proceed with the work in making the photo jewellery.
7. We will crop the photo to the necessary shape of the photo jewellery you order.
   ** If you like to view on the cropped photos first, please let us know.
   ** If you need to crop the picture to highlight the portion you want, please send us the original and cropped photos, so that we can adjust to the size of the jewellery.
8. Please note that, we reserve the rights to reject any photos with obscene shots.
9. We will send your products within 7 working days upon receiving the payment.
   ** The finished works may used as a sample in our website. If you don't want it to be shown in the web site, please let us know.
10. Please also note that all items sold are non-exchangeable or refundable.
